Ascensus is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive the execution, optimization, and measurement of marketing programs across channels. You will manage content, campaigns, and workflows, partner with Sales to align priorities, and deliver data-driven insights to improve outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration, scalability, and brand stewardship while supporting growth initiatives and program delivery. Experience across digital, email, social, web, and print channels is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of marketing, communications, sales enablement, or related business experience.
• Strong content creation, messaging, editing, and brand stewardship skills across multiple marketing channels and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manages marketing planning and calendars to balance priorities and coordinate delivery across channels.
• Creates, manages, and publishes multi-channel content reflecting brand strategy and goals.
• Partners with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to translate needs into marketing plans and campaigns.
• Leads campaign and content production with defined formats, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Monitors marketing performance data and provides actionable insights for improvement.
• Prepares updates and highlights for business partners, sales teams, and leadership.
