Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the execution, optimization, and measurement of marketing programs that drive engagement and growth. You will coordinate content, campaigns, and processes across channels while prioritizing work and applying sound judgment.

You will partner with Sales and stakeholders to address content gaps, lead production, and analyze performance to inform improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing, communications, sales enablement, or related business experience.
• Strong content creation, messaging, editing, and brand stewardship skills across multiple channels and audiences.
• Ability to partner with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to translate needs into marketing plans.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to assess marketing effectiveness and translate insights into recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for updates and campaign highlights.
• Proven project management, prioritization, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages marketing planning and calendars across channels and stakeholders.
• Creates, manages, and publishes multi-channel content reflecting brand strategy.
• Partners with Sales to deliver marketing support that advances priorities.
• Leads campaign and content production with timelines and stakeholders.
• Supports marketing technology, processes, and review/approval for scalable execution.
• Collects and analyzes marketing performance to provide insights.
• Presents updates and campaign highlights to business partners and leadership.
• Oversees fulfillment, budgets, and vendor processes.
• Evaluates incoming marketing requests and prioritizes accordingly.
• Advocates for brand accuracy and audience alignment in materials.
• Documents workflows and supports process improvements.
• Assists with other initiatives and special projects.
