Job summary

Little Creek Casino Resort is seeking an entry-level Marketing Specialist I to act as the operational backbone of the marketing department. You will coordinate campaigns, promotions, and cross-functional workflows to ensure on-time, aligned execution across departments.

This role focuses on execution, organization, and clear communication rather than strategy ownership, serving as the hands-on operational support for the marketing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• At least two years’ experience in marketing and/or promotions planning and execution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects from intake through execution with deadlines and approvals.
• Maintain the marketing calendar across campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Route creative requests and ensure communication between marketing, design, database and vendors.
• Track project status and identify delays or gaps in execution.
• Support promotions, events, and initiatives across the property.
