Redgrave LLP is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join the Marketing Department. The role focuses on events, CRM data management, client engagement, and marketing operations in a fast-paced professional services environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in marketing or related areas, strong organizational skills, and comfort with CRM, CMS, and Office software. This remote-friendly role requires occasional travel and Virginia-office presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in marketing, events, business development, or admin support.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Experience with CRM/CMS and marketing tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for webinars, roundtables, CLEs, conferences, and in-person events.
• Support conference sponsorships and firm participation with materials and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate client and contact information in the CRM.
• Assist with distribution of client alerts, newsletters, invitations, and other communications.
• Support website updates, publishing tasks, and marketing operations.
• Provide admin support for pitches, RFPs, BD research, deadlines, and trackers; coordinate internal meetings.
