Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, business, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience researching, writing, coordinating, and producing business proposals, presentations, or marketing material.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, government contracting, business development, or the public sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals, create marketing materials, research business opportunities, and build relationships with public-sector clients and partners.
• Manage proposal development, business development activities, conference participation, and client outreach.
• Ensure all communications align with the firm's branding and quality standards.
• Work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer.
