Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can draft polished materials.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating scheduling and events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new tools.
• Experience with Canva or design tools and email campaigns preferred.
• Experience supporting marketing communications and social media.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, calendars, reminders, and logistics for meetings and events.
• Draft and edit social media posts and website content aligned with branding.
• Maintain departmental trackers, calendars, and data across platforms.
• Track activities, deadlines, sponsorships, and attorney participation.
• Handle expense processing, reimbursements, and invoice coordination.
• Assist onboarding for new lawyers and business professionals.
• Conduct research for firm initiatives and networking opportunities.
