Responsibilities

• Build and support the execution of marketing campaigns, including campaign flow builds, email creation, outbound landing page creation, and form creations.
• Build and execute test strategies, including A/B multi-variant testing, to optimize campaign performance.
• Report on critical email and marketing automation campaign metrics.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on marketing automation best practices, including campaign execution, email and landing page creation, and email deliverability.
• Stay updated on email and marketing automation best practices and capabilities.

Qualifications/Skills

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms. Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
• Advanced HTML/CSS knowledge and skills in building responsive emails and landing pages.
• Strong marketing automation experience with familiarity of CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
