The Role
We’re seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist who is passionate about technology and deeply knowledgeable about the modern B2B MarTech stack. In this role, you will take full ownership of executing and optimizing our marketing automation processes to drive lead generation, enhance customer engagement, and support data-driven decision-making. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Operations, you will work fully remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams located around the globe. You must be comfortable working independently as well as flexibly across time zones.

You are a technically skilled marketer who loves tackling complex challenges and streamlining processes through innovative automation and GenAI technologies. You’re not afraid to dive into the intricacies of the MarTech stack—from CDPs and Salesforce to Google Analytics and SQL—to ensure every campaign runs efficiently with precise data attribution. You take ownership of your work, excel in a remote setting, and have a proven track record of delivering impactful, data-driven results.
