Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union seeks a Marketing Automation professional to drive Eloqua and Dynamics-based campaigns. You will design data-driven programs, maintain data hygiene, and collaborate with Sales to optimize funnels.

Expertise in Eloqua, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics is preferred. You will lead data analysis, test strategies, and leverage AI to improve efficiency while ensuring compliance and alignment with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Information Technology or related field.
• 5 years of experience in marketing automation and database management (high-tech campaign design, integrated marketing and demand generation).
• Salesforce.com experience a plus
• 3 years of experience in project management experience
• Experience in data and analytics management, including the use of predictive modeling to develop accurate market and product forecasts

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing plans and best practices for Eloqua / Dynamics Marketing Automation infrastructure including lead scoring, profiling, and segmentation.
• Define and maintain marketing automation best practices: data quality, hygiene, list management, optimization, troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide technical expertise on tools and databases.
• Model engagement milestones and buying cycles for campaigns, nurture, and expansion.
• Manage large data sets to monitor and enhance data quality in marketing systems.
• Utilize AI technologies to analyze processes and implement enhancements for efficiency.
• Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights for channel optimization and funnel performance.
• May manage execution for email and SMS campaigns and ensure TCPA compliance.
