Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least five years of related work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Marketo).
• Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript/WordPress.
• Knowledge of lead management best practices and reporting.
• Familiarity with GDPR, DPIA, CASL, CCPA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and forms in Eloqua.
• Quality assurance reviews of campaigns, validation of segmentation and content.
• Monitor campaigns and integrations between Eloqua and third-party platforms.
• Act as main contact for Marketing and Business Development on Eloqua questions.
• Coordinate campaigns with offshore team members to meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot HTML/CSS issues for consistent rendering across clients.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide optimization recommendations.
• Maintain Eloqua governance, folder structures, and naming conventions.
• Document marketing automation processes and configurations.
