Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to advance our Eloqua and Dynamics infrastructure. You will design, deploy and optimize campaigns, maintain data quality, and provide analytics-driven recommendations to improve lead nurturing, segmentation and performance.

The role requires strong technical skills in Eloqua/SFDC/Microsoft Dynamics, data management and cross-functional collaboration to drive demand generation across products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Information Technology or related field
• 5 years of experience in marketing automation and database management
• Salesforce.com experience a plus
• 3 years of project management experience
• Experience in data and analytics management with predictive modeling
• Eloqua or Marketo Certification preferred
• Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
• Adobe Analytics Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation data feeds and mappings across systems
• Lead/assist in creating and optimizing marketing automation campaigns
• Ensure data quality and hygiene across databases and systems
• Analyze marketing data and provide insights to optimize campaigns
• Collaborate with sales/marketing teams on tools and databases
• Conduct A/B testing and report results to improve campaigns
• Drive continuous improvement and quality initiatives across marketing operations
• Support TCPA compliance for SMS campaigns
