CMI Media Group, a leader in healthcare marketing, is seeking a Manager, Marketing Automation to architect and execute automated omnichannel campaigns for life science clients. You will design data-driven journeys using our marketing orchestration platform, collaborate with internal teams and agencies, and mentor CXM Analysts to build high-performing campaigns.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience working with marketing automation, marketing data management, CRM, or similar MarTech platforms.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of what's possible in healthcare marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Architect sophisticated, automated omnichannel campaigns using the company’s marketing platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and agencies to develop and execute impactful campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and drive data-driven optimization.
• Mentor and guide a team of CXM Analysts to foster growth and high performance.
