Job summary

CMI Media Group is seeking an Associate Director, Marketing Automation to lead the CXM team and deliver omnichannel campaigns for life sciences clients using our marketing automation platform.

You will partner with clients, analysts, and cross-functional teams to develop client strategies, advance technology adoption, and ensure exceptional experiences. Strong leadership and data-driven optimization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing automation, media strategy, email delivery management, or related field.
• Experience with MarTech platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo, HubSpot, Tealium, or Eloqua.
• 2+ years of experience directly managing and developing a team of marketing professionals.
• Strong client management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and drive action.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, translating client needs into effective media strategies and marketing automation solutions.
• Advise on messaging cadence, data strategy, and implementation best practices.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and contribute to new business through proposals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop CXM professionals and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee end-to-end omnichannel campaign implementation within budget and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution.
