Jobgether is seeking a seasoned Marketing Automation Engineer to own the enterprise marketing stack, from platform configuration to data flows and integrations.

You will build personalization, optimize email journeys, write advanced SQL, and collaborate with BI, Security, and Legal to ensure secure, compliant releases. The role requires strong coding skills and experience with SFMC, Braze, or similar platforms.

Qualificações

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 5+ years hands-on experience with an enterprise email or marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, or HubSpot).
• Advanced proficiency in AMPscript, Liquid, Handlebars, or SSJS with reusable logic and components.
• Strong SQL with joins, window functions, CASE, CTEs, and audience segmentation.
• Advanced HTML/CSS for responsive emails and cross-client compatibility.
• Experience designing SOAP/REST API integrations, JWT authentication, and secure link handling.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, and Git-based PR processes.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, GDPR and CASL, data privacy principles.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the technical POC for the marketing automation stack, overseeing configuration, data flows, and integrations.
• Maintain and optimize multi-step email journeys, including entry criteria, branching, throttling, and exit rules.
• Develop personalization logic using AMPscript, Liquid, Handlebars, and SSJS with reusable blocks.
• Write, review, and optimize advanced SQL for segmentation and data architecture.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Automation Team Manager to validate audiences and monitor data movement.
• Ensure compliance-sensitive processes and PII handling in workflows.
• Maintain secure integration practices, including API authentication and key rotation.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring coding and documentation standards are followed.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues and apply platform best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions following Jira workflows.
• Collaborate with BI, Data Eng, Eng, InfoSec, and Legal/Compliance for secure releases.
• Maintain architecture docs and operating procedures for smooth transitions.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and QA.
