Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to support the marketing technology stack and campaign analytics.

The role will analyze data from multiple sources and help implement automation campaigns across channels. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 2+ years in marketing automation or data analytics are required; experience with marketing automation tools and CRM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field with at least 2 years of experience with marketing automation tools, data analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Promote quality assurance and building audiences through reviewing various campaign details and identifying potential issues
• Compile and analyze data from campaign results from the automation platform to identify areas of opportunity; propose recommendations based off campaign results
• Support senior team members building the architecture of automated campaigns Analyze data and make recommendations to improve data flow efficiency Contribute to best practices for building campaigns
• Build programs used within campaigns; assist in building workflows, customer journeys, and implementing automation features
• Monitor Marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance metrics using analytics tools to track return-on-investment (ROI), identify trends, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization
• Apply knowledge of marketing strategies to monitor consistency in branding and messaging across marketing channels
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing automation best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends to recommend solutions
