Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing, communications, social media, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns for communities and homes.
• Manage social media content across platforms.
• Coordinate photography, videography, and other marketing assets.
• Assist with website updates, community info, and promotions.
• Create and coordinate email marketing campaigns and customer communications
• Develop engaging content highlighting homes, teams, and customer experience
• Support advertising across digital, print, and other channels
• Coordinate marketing materials for model homes, events, and promotions
• Work with sales to align campaigns with priorities
• Plan and promote events and broker events
• Monitor marketing performance and provide improvement insights
• Maintain marketing calendars, assets, and timelines
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, photographers, printers as needed
• Protect brand consistency across materials
• Provide flexible support in a fast-moving team
