Beechen & Dill Homes, a family-owned homebuilder in Burr Ridge, IL, is seeking a Marketing Associate to support campaigns, social media, content creation, and events. You will collaborate with sales and leadership to grow the Beechen & Dill brand and maintain a strong digital presence across channels.

Ideal candidates are creative, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail while contributing to a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns for communities and homes.
• Manage social media content across platforms.
• Coordinate photography, videography, and other marketing assets.
• Assist with website updates, community info, and promotions.
• Create and coordinate email marketing campaigns and customer communications
• Develop engaging content highlighting homes, teams, and customer experience
• Support advertising across digital, print, and other channels

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for communities, available homes, and new initiatives
• Manage and maintain social media content across relevant platforms
• Coordinate photography, videography, promotional materials, and other marketing assets
• Assist with website updates, including available homes, community information, promotions, and other content
• Create and coordinate email marketing campaigns and customer communications
• Help develop engaging content that highlights our homes, communities, team, and customer experience
• Support advertising efforts across digital, print, and other marketing channels
• Coordinate marketing materials for model homes, sales offices, events, and community promotions
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing materials and campaigns support current sales priorities
• Help plan and promote events, grand openings, broker events, and other company initiatives
• Monitor marketing performance and provide insights on what is working and where improvements can be made
• Maintain organized marketing calendars, files, assets, and project timelines
• Coordinate with outside vendors, agencies, photographers, printers, and other partners as needed
• Help protect and strengthen the Beechen & Dill Homes brand by ensuring consistency across all marketing materials
• Jump in wherever needed to support a fast-moving, collaborative team

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who is both creative and highly organized. You can think strategically, but you are also comfortable handling the details needed to bring ideas to life.

We are looking for someone with:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time
• A strong eye for branding, design, and presentation
• Experience with email marketing, website content management, or digital advertising is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, or marketing platforms
• A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of projects
• The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a team
• A positive, professional attitude and strong attention to detail

Experience in real estate, homebuilding, construction, design, or luxury consumer brands is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total potential earnings: $60,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and performance.
