Hawthorn Senior Living is hiring a Marketing Assistant to support the sales and marketing team at Cardinals Perch, our independent living community in Huntersville, NC. You will be one of the first people prospective residents and their families talk to, helping them through a major decision with courtesy and professionalism.

The role involves handling inquiries, coordinating with the marketing team, and delivering information packets to interested parties.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service experience (phone sales a plus).
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls and inquiries from prospective residents and their families.
• Enter inquiry details and follow-up notes in our CRM.
• Send information packets, including floor plans, pricing, and community materials.
• Process deposits and refunds.
• Give community tours.
• Keep resident and prospect information confidential.
