Job summary

The Pines At Davidson Inc is seeking a Marketing Assistant to handle inquiries, schedule tours, manage databases and waiting lists, and assist with marketing events on a beautiful campus with a family atmosphere.

The role supports Sales Counselors and the Director of Sales, Marketing & Communications, contributing to the community's marketing and residency processes while maintaining professional interactions with prospective residents, residents, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Customer Service, or related field; or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years marketing/admissions/business admin/communications/customer service or related field.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule tours and coordinate visits to the community.
• Maintain accurate CRM and other databases.
• Process applications and deposits; manage waiting lists.
• Assist with marketing events and materials distribution.
• Handle invoices, ordering and stocking of supplies.
• Support Sales Counselors and department goals.
