marketing agency helping law firms dominate local markets through digital strategies. They’re hiring a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support daily digital marketing tasks, from social content to email campaigns and workflow management.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and spoken (non-negotiable).
• 2+ years of marketing experience.
• Experience creating and managing content across social and digital channels.
• Experience with GoHighLevel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics for Google Business Profile content and posts.
• Create graphics for social media posts.
• Schedule social media posts and videos across YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
• Schedule email blasts and newsletters using Lawmatics and GoHighLevel.
• Build and maintain directory listings.
• Support link-building activities.
• Build and manage review request campaign automations in GoHighLevel.
• Manage multiple marketing tasks, deadlines, and recurring workflows.
• Support other marketing activities and projects as needed.

About the Role

We’re hiring a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the team with day-to-day digital marketing activities. You’ll help manage social media content, email campaigns, marketing platforms, and recurring workflows while keeping everything organized and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphics for Google Business Profile content and posts.
• Create graphics for social media posts.
• Schedule social media posts and videos across YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
• Schedule email blasts and newsletters using Lawmatics and GoHighLevel.
• Build and maintain directory listings.
• Support link-building activities.
• Build and manage review request campaign automations in GoHighLevel.
• Manage multiple marketing tasks, deadlines, and recurring workflows.
• Support other marketing activities and projects as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Compensation: $1,200/month.
