You will provide administrative, coordination, and project support across campaigns, working with internal teams and external partners to execute brand and local marketing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Marketing experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and phone communication skills.
• Clear and professional written communication.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department.
• Field incoming sales and marketing inquiries and route appropriately.
• Track marketing billings, invoices, and departmental expenditures.
• Open work orders and assist with job trafficking and project coordination.
• Conduct research on marketing opportunities, proposals, and competitive activities.
• Support the Brand Manager in coordinating production of promotional materials.
• Order and manage inventory of marketing collateral and supplies.
• Collaborate with restaurant and operations managers to develop local marketing initiatives.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
