Job summary

Marriott Vacation Club is hiring a Lobby Ambassador to greet guests in the lobby, introduce them to our Marketing team, and deliver outstanding service with local area recommendations. You will assist guests, address questions, and help resolve issues to ensure an enjoyable visit.

The role emphasizes friendly, proactive interaction, exceptional communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, in a hotel/resort setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Ability to engage guests in person and provide friendly service.
• Comfort with standing/walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests in the lobby and introduce them to the Marketing team.
