Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
• 1–3 years of marketing, communications, administrative, or related experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with social media platforms, website CMS, and digital marketing tools preferred.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments and locations.
• Professional, dependable, and able to communicate with employees, customers, vendors, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, coordination, and distribution of marketing materials.
• Maintain and update the company website with current branding.
• Coordinate the employee newsletter gathering content from locations.
• Plan and coordinate trade shows, events, and conferences.
• Gather photos, content, and highlights from locations for marketing use.
• Maintain organized digital brand assets and templates.
• Monitor social media and respond to inquiries as appropriate.
• Support employer branding and recruiting with HR.
• Ensure marketing materials align with branding standards.
• Draft and post responses to customer reviews and monitor online reputation.
• Provide administrative support including lead tracking and sales reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, HR, and operations to ensure consistent messaging.
