Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm | On-site

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing activity from our Columbus office. You’ll contribute to campaigns, content, research, communications, and marketing projects while helping the team keep initiatives organized and moving forward.

This role would suit someone who enjoys combining creativity with practical organization and is comfortable working across different types of marketing activity.

A typical week could involve:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• Help develop promotional materials, presentations, and marketing content
• Coordinate marketing calendars, deadlines, and campaign information
• Research customers, competitors, industry activity, and market trends
• Assist with email, social media, digital, and promotional initiativesMonitor campaign activity and gather performance information
• Help maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and project records
• Coordinate with internal teams on marketing requests and deliverables
• Assist with promotional events and customer engagement activities
• Prepare reports, updates, and supporting information for marketing projects
• Review marketing materials for accuracy and consistency
• Contribute ideas and practical support to ongoing marketing initiatives

Previous experience in marketing, communications, social media, content, customer engagement, sales support, administration, or a related role is helpful.

We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and an interest in understanding how marketing campaigns are planned and delivered.

You should be comfortable managing deadlines, organizing information, and working with different teams.

Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, social media platforms, email marketing tools, CRM systems, or other marketing software is a plus.

Training will be provided on company systems, processes, and marketing activities.
