ResortCom Group is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to shape voice, visuals, and creative direction for a travel brand that helps members make lifelong memories. You will lead creative strategy, elevate the brand, and drive engagement across touchpoints.

Responsibilities include brand leadership, creative direction, marketing communications, and data-driven campaigns with a focus on storytelling, multi-channel content, and ROI.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in brand, creative, or marketing leadership in hospitality, travel, or consumer brands.
  • Proven ability to build distinct brands and deliver standout creative work.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
  • Experience managing email marketing, SEO, websites, and social ecosystems.
  • Data-driven with experience in performance analysis and optimization.
  • Proficient with Canva, Monday, Constant Contact, WordPress, and HTML; Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve our brand identity tone and visuals.
  • Develop and maintain brand standards across channels.
  • Lead brand positioning to align with goals and promises.
  • Stay ahead of travel and digital trends to fuel ideas.
  • Lead creative development across channels (email, pages, social, video, print).
  • Collaborate with designers and agencies to produce content.
  • Provide final brand pass on all deliverables.
  • Manage the creative calendar and production workflows.
  • Oversee all brand communications: email, newsletters, social, campaigns.
  • Develop an eblast calendar and craft high-impact copy and visuals.
  • Guide community storytelling on Instagram, Facebook, and new platforms.
  • Maintain website content accuracy and promotions.
  • Maintain authentic brand voice in guest responses and comments.
  • Lead seasonal campaigns and a 12-month content roadmap.
  • Coordinate with teams and partners for data-driven campaigns.
  • Track and optimize creative performance; present monthly reports.
  • Mentor consultants and build scalable workflows; manage budgets.
  • Oversee agencies, freelancers, and vendors.

The Role

As our Brand Marketing Manager, you will shape the voice, visuals, and creative direction of a beloved travel brand that helps people make lifelong memories. This is more than a marketing job. The Job 4-1-1

This position is responsible for assisting our team implementing and managing the brand marketing strategies along with sales initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost revenue along with member use for our vacation club management group. Basically, you will be a marketing ninja, working with our external consultants to curate the best brand marketing content, ever! This role requires a dynamic individual with a great understanding of marketing principles, leadership skills, and a passion for the creative marketing that drives our members to vacation more! Brand Leadership & Strategy

  • Own and evolve our brand identity tone, visuals, storytelling, and guest experience.
  • Develop and maintain brand standards to ensure consistency across digital, print, social, and in-resort channels.
  • Lead brand positioning and ensure all campaigns align with company goals and our brand promise.
  • Stay ahead of travel, hospitality, and digital trends to fuel innovative ideas.

Creative Direction

  • Lead creative development across all channels: email, landing pages, social, video, print, and experiential activations.
  • Work closely with designers, writers, and agencies to produce best-in-class content.
  • Provide the final "brand pass" on all deliverables, ensuring quality, consistency, and emotional impact.
  • Manage the creative calendar, production workflows, and approval processes.

Marketing & Communications

  • Oversee all brand communications: email, newsletters, social media, digital campaigns, and website updates.
  • Develop a compelling eblast calendar and craft high-impact copy, visuals, and CTAs.
  • Guide community storytelling across Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage website content accuracy, promotional updates, and landing page alignment.
  • Maintain an authentic brand voice across guest responses, social comments, and digital communication.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Lead creative strategies for seasonal campaigns, promotions, new resort launches, and partnerships.
  • Build and manage a 12-month integrated content roadmap.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and resort partners to bring ideas to life through impactful, data-driven campaigns.
  • Track and optimize creative performance, providing insights on engagement, conversion, and ROI.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Develop performance dashboards across email, social, and web.
  • Analyze campaign results to identify strengths, opportunities, and strategic improvements.
  • Present monthly reports to leadership and resort partners.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor creative consultants and foster a collaborative, idea-driven culture.
  • Build scalable workflows and integrate creative tools/AI to streamline production.
  • Champion curiosity, creativity, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Manage brand and creative budgets for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Oversee external agencies, freelancers, photographers, and vendors.

Qualifications

Preferred Education and Experience

  • 5+ years in brand, creative, or marketing leadership (hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or consumer brands a plus).
  • Proven ability to build distinct brands and deliver outstanding creative work across digital + print.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
  • Experience managing email marketing, SEO, websites, landing pages, social media, and digital ecosystems.
  • Skilled in performance analysis and data-driven optimization.
  • Proficient with Canva, Monday, Constant Contact, WordPress, and basic HTML; Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field preferred.
  • Passion for travel, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work with teams internal and manage external.
