Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 12 years of marketing experience (hospitality or travel industry a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot), social media tools, and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Marketing and team with day-to-day coordination and execution of campaigns and department priorities.
  • Write, update, proofread, and coordinate marketing content ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and SEO/AEO best practices.
  • Coordinate property listings descriptions, imagery, and content updates across websites and distribution channels.
  • Manage incoming marketing requests and HubSpot tickets from intake to completion.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, asset libraries, and meeting agendas to keep deadlines.

Job Description: Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team and support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to help bring campaigns to life, organize assets, track performance, and ensure consistent brand messaging. You’ll be a vital part of a collaborative team that thrives in a fast-paced environment, where creativity, communication, and accountability are key to our success.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
  • Support the Director of Marketing and Marketing team with the daytoday coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, projects, and department priorities.
  • Write, update, proofread, and coordinate marketing content, including property descriptions, website copy, blogs, emails, and other guestfacing materials, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and SEO/AEO best practices.
  • Support property listing optimization by coordinating descriptions, imagery, amenities, approvals, and content updates across websites and applicable distribution channels.
  • Manage incoming Marketing requests and HubSpot tickets, including prioritizing requests, gathering missing information, routing assignments, tracking approvals, and following projects through completion.
  • Maintain Marketing calendars, project trackers, shared files, documentation, campaign briefs, asset libraries, and weekly meeting agendas to help keep deadlines and deliverables on track.
  • Coordinate with Creative, Web, Social, Reservations, Operations, Property Management, Guest Services, and other internal teams to gather information, assets, approvals, and project updates.
  • Provide administrative support for promotional campaigns, including approved promocode setup, property lists, campaign updates, and other routine campaign maintenance.
  • Conduct recurring competitive and market research, monitoring industry trends, competitor promotions, seasonal activity, and destination opportunities to support Marketing planning.
  • Support guest review and reputationmanagement initiatives, including coordination with the Guest Review Specialist, monitoring notable feedback, and assisting with recurring reporting.
  • Assist with Marketing reporting and presentations by gathering campaign metrics, organizing performance data, and identifying relevant insights for the team.
  • Coordinate Marketing materials and logistics, including print collateral, branded merchandise, promotional products, inventory, invoices/payment requests, and distribution needs.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for events, sponsorships, and partnerships as needed, including materials, staffing communications, and internal coordination.
  • Provide general Marketing support as needed to maintain efficient department operations and timely execution of projects.
