The Marketing & Communications Manager leads CFE International's marketing, brand, and communications strategy, serving as the steward of how the company communicates internally and externally. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated communication and marketing initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, support business priorities, elevate brand awareness, and enhance stakeholder trust.

As the organization's communications and brand leader, this position manages official corporate communications, oversees brand standards and social media presence, and ensures consistent messaging across all channels. The role also serves as a key translator of information, ideas, and business priorities between English- and Spanish-speaking audiences, helping connect teams, leaders, and stakeholders across a binational operating environment.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, exceptional storytelling, and strong business partnership skills to ensure CFEi communicates with clarity, consistency, and impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute CFEi's integrated marketing and communications strategy, aligning messaging, campaigns, and initiatives with organizational priorities and business objectives.
  • Serve as the steward of the CFEi brand, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, brand standards, and corporate voice across all communication channels and materials.
  • Manage official company communications, including formal memos, organizational announcements, leadership communications, policy updates, and other internal corporate communications.
  • Develop and oversee external communications and marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, corporate reputation, and business development efforts.
  • Create and deliver compelling content including presentations, newsletters, campaigns, marketing collateral, digital content, and executive communications for internal and external audiences.
  • Translate, adapt, and refine communications between English and Spanish, ensuring messages are accurate, culturally appropriate, and effective across a binational workforce and stakeholder base.
  • Manage CFEi's social media presence and content strategy, driving brand awareness, employee engagement, employer branding, and organizational visibility.
  • Partner with Leadership, Human Resources, Commercial, Business Development, and operational teams to develop communication plans and marketing solutions that support organizational goals.
  • Measure and optimize communication effectiveness through engagement metrics, audience insights, and reporting, providing recommendations that improve reach, understanding, and impact.
  • Lead or support special projects, change initiatives, executive priorities, organizational events, and other communications and marketing efforts as business needs evolve, providing expertise that advances CFEi's strategic objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Five or more years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, corporate communications, public relations, or related disciplines.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Experience developing communication strategies, managing campaigns, and delivering content across multiple communication channels.
  • Experience managing brand standards, social media platforms, marketing materials, digital content, and corporate communications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common content creation, design, communications, and marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information and sensitive communications requiring executive, legal, or compliance review.
Preferred
  • Experience in the energy sector, regulated industries, infrastructure, utilities, or industrial organizations.
  • Experience supporting a binational U.S.-Mexico organization or multicultural workforce.
  • Experience building, formalizing, or scaling a marketing and communications function, including governance, brand standards, reporting, channel management, and communication planning.
  • Experience supporting executive communications, change management, employer branding, or recruitment marketing initiatives.
