Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience developing strategies, campaigns, and multi-channel content.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with priorities and objectives.
• Maintain brand standards and corporate voice across channels and materials.
• Oversee internal and external communications, including executive messaging.
• Develop external marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and business development.
• Translate and refine communications between English and Spanish for binational audiences.
• Manage social media presence and content strategy to boost engagement and employer branding.
• Collaborate with Leadership and cross-functional teams on communication plans and marketing solutions.
• Measure impact through engagement metrics and provide actionable insights.
