Qualifications

• 1-3 years of marketing analytics experience; includes leadership or progressive responsibility in project management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence, coach, and resolve conflict.
• Familiarity with SAS Visual Analytics / VIYA, Tableau, SQL, LMS and other statistical programs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, schedule, coach, evaluate, and manage department staff to support high performance and alignment with standards.
• Drive execution of strategic initiatives and ensure timely delivery under leadership guidance.
• Oversee development and delivery of regular reports and ad-hoc analyses for executives.
