Job summary

National Debt Relief in the United States is seeking a strategic and data-driven Manager of Marketing Analytics to own analysis across the marketing and partner ecosystem. This hands-on role reports to the Director of Marketing Analytics and leads reporting, measurement, and actionable insights.

You will build dashboards, own attribution, write SQL for Snowflake, mentor analysts, and partner with Marketing, FP&A, and Data Engineering to deliver reliable data and executive-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or quantitative field preferred.
• 6+ years in marketing analytics or a quantitative role.
• Hands-on experience with paid or partner channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, or Affiliate.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Sigma dashboards and reporting used by Marketing, Finance, and leadership.
• Own measurement and attribution across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Affiliate channels.
• Analyze channel economics including CPA, MER, and payout structures.
• Write and optimize SQL against Snowflake to build clean datasets.
• Turn business questions into structured analysis with clear conclusions.
• Mentor analysts on methodology and communication.
• Produce executive-ready deliverables with explicit figures and recommendations.
