About the role:

The Marketing Analytics Manager is responsible for transforming marketing data into actionable insights and workflows. This involves developing and maintaining analytical dashboards and reports, supporting strategic decision-making, overseeing data structures and governance, and integrating new data sources to enhance marketing strategies and execution.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyzing marketing performance metrics, developing executive reports, and conducting advanced analyses like cohort analysis, multi-attribution, and predictive modeling.
  • Dashboard & Report Development: Creating and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Excel, and BI platforms.
  • Data Integration & Quality Assurance: Ensuring data integrity across marketing systems and sources.
  • API & Integration Development: Developing and monitoring API integrations, ETL processes, and data mapping.
  • Data Enhancement: Leveraging new data sources and AI solutions to improve data quality for targeting and personalization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Moderate to advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics or GTM operations-related tech, data, and reporting.
  • Certifications in SQL, Tableau, or Power BI are desirable.
