About the position:

The Data Analytics Manager is responsible for analyzing mission-critical company sales, operational, financial, and product data to provide actionable business insights, KPI tracking, and analytics tools for decision-makers. This role oversees day-to-day reporting, analysis, and development of data visualizations to optimize company performance. It includes converting raw data across several business systems into meaningful reports and insights, and developing an integrated data strategy in conjunction with leadership. The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and will support other departments as needed.

Location: While this position can be fully remote, candidates must reside in Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, New York, Florida, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, or Alabama.

Essential Functions:
  1. Support teams such as Customer Success, Program Operations, and Clinical Recruitment, as well as Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Technology, and Finance, providing detailed visibility into all aspects of business performance.
  2. Prepare and deliver analytics and insights to facilitate data-informed decisions across markets, departments, and verticals.
  3. Create and maintain dashboards and interactive visual reports using tools like Hubspot, Tableau, Elastic Search Kibana to analyze inventory, customer preferences, operational efficiency, financial performance, and sales/marketing data.
  4. Generate standard and custom reports, synthesizing data and insights for stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with the Sales Operations leader to manage CRM system (Hubspot) and other digital tools, including user management, data feeds, workflows, and reporting.
  6. Develop protocols for data quality and consistency, standardizing data uploads and naming conventions.
  7. Research, identify, and test new CRM features, training users on updates.
  8. Use data to identify improvement areas across departments.
  9. Act as liaison between various teams to support technology implementation and data integration.
  10. Work with teams to develop systems for prioritizing customer and lead data and workflows.
  11. Communicate organizational information effectively during meetings and reports.
  12. Develop tools in platforms like Elastic Search for querying and operational insights.
  13. Implement supervised and unsupervised machine learning, including LLM and agentic LLM solutions, using business data to generate value.
  14. Seek feedback actively to deepen understanding through data analysis.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, computer science, statistics, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
  2. Experience in Data Analytics, Data Visualizations, and languages like Python, R, or Stata.
  3. Minimum of 5 years in data visualization tools such as Tableau or in a Data Analyst role.
  4. Experience with supervised and unsupervised ML for business questions, understanding when to use each modality.
  5. Experience deploying or integrating with leading LLMs (Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, GPT, etc.), especially developing agents for business use cases.
  6. Knowledge of healthcare systems and medical/nursing education is a plus.
