About the role:
The Marketing Analytics Manager is tasked with transforming marketing data into actionable insights and workflows. This role develops and maintains analytical dashboards and reports, supporting strategic decision-making by uncovering trends and opportunities across campaigns and channels. To ensure accurate and actionable insights, this role oversees data structures and governance within the marketing technology stack and associated integrations. This role actively seeks out and incorporates new data sources to inform strategy and enhance execution across GTM.
Your contribution will be:
Data Analysis & Insights – Perform detailed analysis of Marketing performance metrics to guide strategic decisions. Develop executive-level reporting on Marketing full-funnel execution. Build and run advanced analyses including cohorted conversion, multi-attribution, and predictive modeling.
Dashboard & Report Development – Develop and maintain user-friendly, interactive dashboards and reporting tools using Salesforce, Excel, and BI platforms.
Data Integration & Quality Assurance – Ensure data integrity across multiple marketing systems and sources.
API & Integration Development – Develop, implement, and monitor API integrations, ETL, and data mapping between platforms to ensure up-to-date, accurate data.
Data Enhancement – Leverage new data sources and scalable AI solutions to improve data distributions, accuracy, and relevance for targeting, personalization, and conversion.
