PNC is hiring a Business Analytics Manager based in Pittsburgh. As a Business Analytics Manager within PNC’s Data, Modeling & Analytics Marketing & Customer Analytics organization, the role will be based in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Wilmington, Cleveland, or Tysons Corner.
PNC is seeking a leader to establish and operationalize the Marketing Communications Data Domain. The position will drive year‑end go‑live readiness by defining the data universe, establishing governance rules, implementing controls, and building a sustainable governance model. The candidate must combine strong data governance and delivery experience with the ability to lead cross‑functional work across marketing, line of business, technology, and risk partners.
Base Salary: $100,100.00 – $204,490.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
The opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 06/22/2026, though it may be longer at the discretion of the company.
