US LawShield is seeking a Marketing Analytics Lead to shape how we measure, understand, and optimize marketing performance. You will own the analytics partnership to Marketing leadership, building scalable reporting, attribution, and measurement capabilities.

The role focuses on defining KPIs, building dashboards, and driving data-informed decisions across acquisition, retention, and ROI, spanning multiple channels and platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing analytics or BI.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Experience building KPI frameworks and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build executive-level marketing dashboards and reporting in Power BI.
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks across the marketing funnel.
• Analyze acquisition, conversion, CAC, LTV, retention, and marketing ROI.
• Develop multi-channel marketing attribution and performance measurement.
• Build lead lifecycle and CRM-driven reporting from lead through membership.
• Analyze digital, email, affiliate, referral, event, partnership channels.
