Job summary

Rivian is seeking a strategic, technically rigorous analytics lead to partner with the Marketing VP. You will own measurement, from MTA and MMM to full‑funnel analysis, and lead a team of analysts across Finance, Product, Digital Technology, and Customer org.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, economics, business, engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years in analytics or data science with 2+ years of people leadership.
• 5+ years supporting executive decision-making in strategy or partner roles.
• Deep understanding of integrated marketing and digital channels and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a marketing analytics team with professional development.
• Set technical standards; review code and translate outputs for executives.
• Lead attribution, MMM, and end‑to‑end analytics to drive decisions.
• Partner with Finance to inform budgeting, forecasting and allocation.
• Design studies to measure brand awareness and CAC/LTV across audiences.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards for operational and strategic use.
