Job summary

ALEC is seeking a Sales and Marketing Analyst to manage the MCIF marketing database and lead targeted member campaigns. You will track ROI for campaigns, analyze data, and collaborate with management to optimize marketing strategies.

The role includes designing and executing marketing campaigns, performing market research, and supporting product and service opportunities within a financial-institution environment. Local travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Education Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related field
• Experience Required: One (1) year of experience in a marketing analytics role
• Experience Preferred: Three (3) years of experience in a Marketing Analytics role within a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Leads operation and maintenance of the MCIF marketing database to identify and create targeted member campaigns.
• Tracks marketing effectiveness and ROI for all campaigns and provides timely results to management.
• Manages marketing automation tools for design, creation, and execution of campaigns within MCIF.
