Qualifications

• 3+ years in Marketing Analytics/Business Analytics with focus on strategy and operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or Economics preferred.
• Experience in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) with complex SQL queries.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency for reporting and analysis.
• Strong requirements gathering and client communication skills.
• Ability to convert complex data into actionable insights for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets via SQL to deliver actionable insights for digital initiatives.
• Benchmark performance across channels and platforms and suggest growth areas.
• Assess CRM bonus campaigns and advise on new campaign generation.
• Monitor industry trends and report to management on innovations.
• Elicit requirements from stakeholders and work with Product Owners to deliver.
• Attend meetings to stay informed on requests, features, and improvements.
• Participate in training to expand knowledge and skills.
• Coordinate projects between stakeholders and vendors when needed.
