Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing/analytics with strategy and operations focus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or Economics.
• Strong SQL with SSRS and writing complex queries.
• Advanced Excel (Power Pivot, Power View, Power Query, Pivot Tables, Lookups).
• Experience gathering and documenting internal and external client requirements.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business decisions.
• Attention to data integrity and accuracy in reporting.
• Experience with Power BI reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to deliver actionable insights for digital initiatives.
• Benchmark performance across channels and platforms and provide growth recommendations.
• Analyze CRM bonus campaigns and suggest new campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends and report to management.
• Elicit analytical requirements from the Lottery and ensure delivery with Product Owners.
• Attend Lottery and internal meetings to stay informed of new requests and improvements.
• Attend training and conferences to build knowledge and refine skills.
• Coordinate projects or requirements elicitation between Lottery and vendors.
