BetMGM LLC is seeking a Marketing Retention Analyst to partner with marketing and BI teams to identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights. You will support actionable reporting and strategic recommendations to improve retention and campaign performance.

The role requires analytical mindset, collaboration, and delivering timely analyses in a fast-paced environment. A strong foundation in SQL, Power BI, and data visualization is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an analytical field.
• 2+ years of analytics, BI or data science experience.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Python or R.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau (Power BI preferred).
• Ability to derive insights from large, complex datasets.
• Strong communication to present recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver actionable insights answering key business questions.
• Provide day-to-day reporting and analytics to Brand and Marketing teams.
• Analyze internal and external data to support objectives.
• Provide campaign analyses to enable data-driven marketing decisions.
• Manage day-to-day requests and larger projects with deadlines.
• Build and maintain datasets, reports and dashboards.
