Job summary

Agoda is seeking a data-driven analyst in Seattle to join the Performance Marketing team. You will experiment with search ads, bidding strategies, and campaign structures; optimize display campaigns across platforms; and build models and dashboards to support account managers.

You will work with large datasets, translate insights into actionable marketing actions, and collaborate with global teams. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong Excel and data skills are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative subject (CS, math, engineering, stats or science).
• Fluent English communication is required.
• Strong numerical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel; comfortable with data analysis tools and databases.

Responsibilities

• Search: experiment with text ads, bidding, and campaign structures across search engines; adapt to new product features.
• Display: test, analyze, and optimize campaigns on social platforms and networks.
• Modeling: analyze large datasets, develop models for optimization, and build dashboards for account managers.
