Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of marketing performance dashboards and reporting.
• Analyze campaign and digital performance and translate data into recommendations.
• Develop customer journeys across digital and customer-facing channels to align content, campaigns, and experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, digital engagement, conversion, and marketing effectiveness.
• Support website optimization, digital marketing programs, and marketing technology initiatives.
• Assist adoption of AI-enabled marketing tools and processes.
• Ensure content is structured and optimized for engagement and AI-driven search.
• Track budgets and maintain visibility into spend with Finance and Marketing Operations.
• Coordinate brand planning activities, timelines, documentation, and cross-team alignment.
• Partner with North America Communications to ensure messaging consistency across channels.
• Create presentations and summaries for leadership.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across marketing initiatives.
