Job description

As our Customer Experience & Marketing Integration Analyst, you will support ENGIE Resources’ marketing efforts by connecting strategy, customer experience, digital engagement, performance tracking, and cross-functional execution. This role is designed for a high-potential, early-career professional who brings strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and is eager to grow into broader marketing leadership responsibilities. You will partner with the Brand & Digital Experience Manager, Marketing Operations, Communications, Analytics, and Finance teams to coordinate initiatives, improve visibility into performance, and support the execution of key marketing programs. As customer buying behaviors continue to evolve, you will contribute to the development and optimization of customer journeys across digital and customer-facing channels. You will also help ensure content is designed to support customer engagement, AI-driven discovery, and evolving digital experiences. In addition, you will support the adoption of AI-enabled marketing processes that improve efficiency, personalization, and overall performance. Over time, this role will provide increasing ownership of customer journey optimization, digital experience initiatives, performance tracking, planning coordination, and cross-functional alignment.

This position is based in Houston, Texas, and reports to the Marketing Director.

  • Support development and maintenance of marketing performance dashboards and contribute to reporting and insights generation in partnership with Marketing Operations and Analytics teams
  • Assist in analyzing campaign and digital performance and help translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Support development of customer journeys across digital and customer-facing channels, helping align content, campaigns, and experiences to customer needs and business objectives
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, digital engagement, conversion, and overall marketing effectiveness
  • Partner with the Brand & Digital Experience Manager to support website optimization, digital marketing programs, and marketing technology initiatives
  • Support adoption of AI-enabled marketing tools and processes that improve efficiency, targeting, personalization, and performance
  • Help ensure content is structured and optimized for both customer engagement and AI-driven search and discovery experiences
  • Support budget tracking activities and help maintain visibility into spend and performance in coordination with Finance and Marketing Operations
  • Assist in coordinating brand planning activities, including timelines, documentation, and cross-team alignment
  • Partner with North America Communications to support consistent messaging and content alignment across channels
  • Contribute to presentations, summaries, and supporting materials for leadership
  • Help track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across marketing initiatives to support operational efficiency
What You’ll Bring
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, Engineering. In lieu of a degree a combination of education and relevant work experience may also be considered
  • This is an entry-level position, and prior experience is not required. However, you will be expected to produce high-quality work related to OR equivalent academic, internship, or project-based experience in marketing, UX, research, analytics, digital marketing, or related areas
  • You have demonstrated experience contributing to cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • You are skilled at organizing, structuring, and synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable outputs
  • You have strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • You are knowledgeable in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Figma, survey tools, analytics platforms, content management systems, or AI-enabled marketing tools
  • You are curious, adaptable, and open to feedback, with the ability to learn and iterate in fast-paced, project-based environments
  • You have an interest in customer experience, customer journeys, digital experience, marketing technology, AI-enabled marketing, energy, sustainability, or B2B marketing, with the motivation to take on greater ownership over time
  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy; consisting of in-office and work-from-home opportunities
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
Compensation

Salary Range: $50,700 – $77,625 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
