Job summary

Teradyne Memory in San Jose, CA is seeking a Marketing Analyst to support scalable growth across Memory operations. You will partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Product Marketing to optimize quotes, pricing, BOMs, and forecasted production slots.

The role emphasizes process improvement, ERP/CRM system use (Salesforce, Oracle, Fusion), and cross-functional collaboration to deliver operational excellence and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in marketing operations, supply chain planning, or program management.
• Advanced Excel with the ability to analyze large datasets.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain product configurations based on customer requirements.
• Create and manage BOMs, part numbers, and product releases through prototype and pre-production stages.
• Develop sales quotations and pricing analyses to support margins.
• Maintain product cost structures and pricing records in Salesforce, Oracle, and Fusion.
• Manage forecasted production slots and coordinate bookings and schedules.
• Collaborate with factory teams to adjust slot allocations and updates.
• Support reports, KPIs, ERF documentation, and factory quoting.
• Coordinate RMA activities including returns and documentation.
• Enhance Salesforce functionality and drive process improvements.
