Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Sales or a related business discipline; master's preferred.
• 7–12 years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or business operations.
• Experience with business automation tools and process improvement.
• Program and project management across multiple functions and time zones.
• Local candidates only; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of marketing specialists, establish KPIs and manage performance.
• Partner with Sales and Operations on revenue forecasting, order fulfillment and capacity-slot management.
• Define and optimize the quote-to-cash process with Sales, BD and Finance.
• Develop and enhance business automation capabilities using Salesforce, CPQ and Oracle.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations on product configurations for new introductions.
• Manage product commercialization, pricing communications and branding.
• Negotiate and manage customer pricing agreements and MFC pricing.
