Responsibilities
The Growth Marketing Coordinator is key to expanding EmpowerMe Wellness' market presence through data-driven marketing strategies. This role collaborates with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in managing digital campaigns and social media content while owning CRM workflows, pre- and post-event lead nurturing, and marketing analytics.
They will also support the Sales team's event marketing and lead generation efforts. This includes collaborating with Sales to identify high-value events and ensuring alignment on event strategy, messaging, and pre- and post-event follow-up. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about leveraging marketing data to drive business growth.
Your essential duties include the following :
Oversee CRM workflows, ensuring leads are properly entered, tracked, nurtured, and reported
Work closely with Sales to ensure alignment on event strategy, messaging, and post-event follow-up
Monitor key marketing KPIs across digital channels, including engagement metrics and lead generation
Perform other duties as assigned that are consistent with qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards
Qualifications
Computer Skills :
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Excel, as well as CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
