Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Gather data and perform research on ERP, SCM, PLM, MOM, Digital Manufacturing, Supply Chain Analytics, and IoT Big Data solutions to support business development and help SBS Corp. market its services to clients in SAP and Dassault Systèmes’ Apriso and Ortems.
  2. Forecast demand and opportunities in SBS Corp.’s service areas based on historical performance and market data, perform data mining from large datasets, generate reports for leads and competitor analysis, and conduct cost/volume analyses.
  3. Perform Monte Carlo simulations and linear programming models to identify suitable decision-making approaches, utilizing statistical tools & packages such as R, Python, SAS, Advanced Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
  4. Develop analytical models from internal and external sources, evaluate data usability aligned with organizational strategies and targets, and synthesize data into large datasets to support organizational goals.
  5. Identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies in data, apply visualization techniques and statistical models for replication in future initiatives, and present data insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  6. Evaluate and transform customer requirements to align with business solutions using DELMIA Apriso Process Builder.
  7. Research market survey methodologies and conduct market research on competitors’ and customers’ products and services using primary and secondary sources such as focus groups, Gartner reports, trade magazines, blogs, tradeshows, conferences, social media, press releases, questionnaires, opinion polls, and databases like Hoovers.
  8. Prepare SWOT analyses on new application offerings from competitors, examining aspects like cost structure, pricing, resources, competencies, and product differentiation.
  9. Present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders, translating analysis results into business actions through graphical representations and charts, measuring forecast versus actuals, and documenting lessons learned.
  10. Collaborate with analysts, developers, architects, and project managers to support and deliver solutions in SAP & DELMIA to meet customer needs.
  11. Provide management with proposals for solution demos, proofs of concept, and pricing estimates tailored to client requirements in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Scheduling, and Inventory Management using SAP and DELMIA software.
