We specialize in dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental health benefits. Our teams include marketing, client service, leave management solutions, and business operations, supporting various functions such as marketing, case implementation, analytics, and compliance.

About the Position: The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of ancillary products and some experience in marketing or carrier underwriting. Working with Client Service, they will support new business and renewal RFP activities, requiring attention to detail and prioritization skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute ancillary RFPs for small to large group clients, including new business and renewals.
  • Use ancillary benefits knowledge to analyze and suggest plan design modifications beyond pricing.
  • Follow best practices and SLAs to deliver quality, timely work to broker partners.
  • Maintain marketing opportunities in the CRM system for seamless team collaboration.
  • Build relationships with internal teams and external broker and carrier partners.
  • Gather carrier underwriting guidelines, plan insights, and compliance details to support processes and education.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on leadership guidance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 1-3 years’ experience in marketing analysis or carrier underwriting
  • Active life, accident, and health license
  • Understanding of ancillary products (dental, vision, life, disability, health)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment

Work Location & Compensation

This is a fully remote position within your local time zone. Office access available upon request.

Salary range: $75,000 - $100,000, influenced by experience, skills, location, and business needs. Benefits include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA, 401(k), paid time off, bonuses, equity, and commissions.
