Purpose Financial in Greenville, SC is seeking a Marketing Analyst who loves data and making an impact. You will turn dashboards and forecasting into actionable insights, shaping ROI across marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related quantitative field (Master's preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in quantitative analysis; lending/fintech/banking a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Excel expert) and Power BI experience.
• Working knowledge of Tableau, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Snowflake, or Sigma.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, regression, cluster analysis, and other marketing measurement methodologies.
• Strong communicator, able to present to technical and non-technical audiences.

What You'll Do

You'll be the analytical engine behind our marketing strategy — turning data into decisions and insights into impact. From building dashboards and forecasting models to conducting customer research and supporting ROI analysis, your work will directly shape how we connect with and serve our customers.

You’ll collaborate closely with Finance, Business Intelligence, Product, and Enterprise Data teams — bringing bold ideas and breakthrough analysis to the table as we grow.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field (Master's preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in quantitative analysis — lending, fintech, or banking experience is a plus
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Excel expert preferred) and experience with Power BI
