Purpose Financial in Greenville, SC is seeking a Marketing Analyst who loves data and making an impact. You will turn dashboards and forecasting into actionable insights, shaping ROI across marketing initiatives.

You will partner with Finance, BI, Product, and Enterprise Data teams to translate numbers into strategies, and you will communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role offers growth, a collaborative environment, and a strong commitment to work-life

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related quantitative field (Master's preferred).
2+ years of experience in quantitative analysis; lending/fintech/banking a plus.
Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Excel expert) and Power BI experience.
Working knowledge of Tableau, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Snowflake, or Sigma.
Familiarity with A/B testing, regression, cluster analysis, and other marketing measurement methodologies.
Strong communicator, able to present to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Build dashboards and forecasting models to guide marketing decisions.
